Regina M. Geither's Cursing Stone should not disappoint her YA paranormal fans. In this sequel to Island of Tory, she takes her readers deeper into Arella's adventure with even more mythical Irish lore and magical creatures. All story from beginning to end, this book is quick paced fun, which does result in more action than contemplative thought.4/5(1).   She alludes to people (notably, the Weasley brothers) swearing and using bad words, but you never hear the words themselves. The delightful sequel to Island of Tory, Cursing Stone is about how Arella tries to live a normal life but gets sucked back into the paranormal world and cursing stone book to return to Tory Island.
